Return Policy
Key Man Engravables guarantees your 100% satisfaction. If any of our products do not meet your expectations we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase (less shipping fees) within 30 days, accompanied by a receipt and original packaging. Engraved or embroidered items cannot be returned, with the exception of damaged merchandise.

Misengraved/Misembroidered:
If the misengraving or misembroidery is the result of our error, Key Man will gladly replace and re-engrave the product.
If however, the engraving was spelled incorrectly on the form, Key Man is unable to provide a return.
Simply email us at info@keymanengravables.com, be sure to include the order ID # along with a description of the problem. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged items will be replaced immediately with no additional shipping fees incurred to you.
If you receive damaged merchandise please send a detailed description of the damaged item along with the order ID # to info@keymanengravables.com immediately. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
Refunds will be issued only to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
